I hear this so often, and its easy to say, well stress can make you tense your muscles , along with poor posture etc.. but how bad does it get ?
Some people begin to suffer with headaches and tension/ general discomfort/pain around the area(s). General posture can be affected along with tight hardened muscles.
These areas need to be massaged and manipulated in order to relax the muscles to their natural sate. This then can reduce the tension/pain and headaches along with a more relaxed even posture.
