PMT !!!

Hands up ladies, whom suffer with this PMT ?? most of us I presume. I wanted to give you a little tip on how to decrease some of these week ruining symptoms :((

Use 8-12 drops of essential GERANIUM oil in a nice warm bath, the benefits of these oils are unbelievable until you begin to try them. Use around 4 times per week if you can. Try and find a really decent pure oil and mix with a little carrier oil such as grapeseed oil then apply a small amount to the arm 48 hours prior to using any essential oil to test for any reaction.

This oil is used for clients whom need this relief within their Aromatherapy treatment.
